Our Achievements

It is currently managing and maintaining a building of about 26,800 m2 sitting on an area of about 4000m2 and consisting of a 14 storeys made up of a three storey power block and an eleven storey tower with two basements providing parking for 180 cars.

The complex houses, government offices, commercial concerns and restaurants all connected from the ground floor by escalators, passenger and goods lifts.

The work consists of providing specialised services for the maintenance of plumbing and fire fighting system, lifts and escalators as well as all other mechanical and electrical system, air conditioning installation, water tanks, pumps and the energy management system

(a) The monitoring of leased slots
(b) The collection of rent
(c) General cleaning & pest control

In addition to this major project, it is side by side managing and maintaining other complexes such as the head office of the Central Water Authority, the George Town Building and the R. Seeneevassen Building (ex NPF) at Port Louis.
